Our present day business areas include the development and implementation
of environmental asset management programs which involve assisting our
clients in managing environmental issues throughout the life cycle of
the facility or real property asset.
Currently, AGA is performing site assessments, exposure assessments,
and pre-investment site assessments for clients on properties nationwide.
This includes environmental due diligence assessments and cultural resource
studies of
- telecommunications equipment sites in Maryland, Virginia, Washington,
D.C., West Virginia, Puerto Rico, and Florida,
- pre-foreclosure site assessment activities for commercial properties
in Virginia and Massachusetts, and
- real estate and development properties assessments in Maryland, Virginia,
and California.
AGA also provides a full range of environmental investigation, site assessment,
and consulting services, both as part of environmental management programs
and as stand alone service areas. These services include performance of
Environmental Assessments, Environmental Impact Studies (and associated
Findings of No Significant Impact, Preliminary Environmental Assessments,
etc.), Hazardous Materials Management Programs, and employee Right to
Know and Awareness Training. In addition, AGA conducts peer reviews of
reports, work products, and work plans prepared by others.

AGA is involved in the implementation of environmental management program
oversight for properties in which its clients have a financial interest.
These services include monitoring of asbestos operations and maintenance
plan implementation, oversight of groundwater characterization, remediation
and monitoring program efforts, and evaluation of post closure documentation
submitted to regulatory agencies.
AGA has developed an approach to these efforts in which we work closely
with the property owner/occupant so our services become an integral asset
to the planning and execution of the effort. Our realistic, solution based
approaches to these efforts have helped to control implementation costs
while ensuring thorough adherence to the goals and objectives of the effort.
