Cultural Resources Management

AGA provides the full range of archaeological, architectural history, historic preservation, and museum consulting services necessary for today's regulatory environment (e.g., the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act), and a variety of other federal, state, and local preservation laws and ordinances) as well as assisting communities preserve and manage their resources.

 

Cultural resources management (CRM) services offered by AGA include: Phase I site examinations and documentation, Phase II archaeological assessment and evaluation and Phase III site mitigation excavations and data recovery.

AGA's historic preservation services include Historic American Building Survey (HABS), Historic American Engineering Record (HAER) documentation and National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) nominations. Past architectural surveys include recording of residential, commercial, and industrial historic structures.

Museum exhibit conceptualization and research as well as development and review of public outreach materials are also available.
