Contaminant Assessments

AGA provides a full range of environmental due diligence assessments, from American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM) Transaction Screens, Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments, to full pre-investment or merger acquisition environmental liability and asset management assessments.

The ASTM Transaction Screen is a cost effective means for briefly reviewing a property to determine potential Superfund liabilities.

AGA Phase I and Phase II assessments are based on the ASTM guidelines but are often customized to provide a thorough, transaction specific assessment of potential environmental issues associated with the project, in accordance with needs and acceptable risk level of the client. AGA also provides full pre investment or merger/acquisition liability and asset management assessments that typically involve a review of potential site contamination issues, facility operations, environmental compliance, hazardous material use and handling practices, and environmental program management.
